The RFL's Coaching’s objective is to develop and support coaching to improve and develop both the game and the coach – we are here to help you.

Our vision is:

“To support a strategy that is developed by coaches for coaches to meet the needs of the participant. The RFL interactive coaching website has been designed to support coach development in line with the UK Coaching framework; the government led policy that recognises that at all levels, coaches guide improvement in technical, tacticcl, physical, mental and lifestyle skills. This in turn contributes to the personal and social development of all participants in Rugby League. For more information on the UK Coaching framework and how this impacts on sport, click here The site provides instant access to supporting resources for registered, qualified UKCC coaches and is designed to provide coaches with the information that they need when delivering sessions.

RFL Coaching is populated with a range of up to date information including session plans, game footage, coach and player interviews, core skill information, articles and research papers, opportunities for coach development and will include the latest advice and guidance from a range of experts.
